What are the ingredients in your candles?

Our candles are crafted with premium ingredients to ensure an exceptional experience. We primarily use soy wax as the base for our candles, chosen for its sustainability and eco-friendly properties. Additionally, we incorporate specially formulated color and fragrance components that are safe for candle use. These ingredients are thoughtfully selected to deliver the highest quality and burning experience.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes, all candles are individually handmade and are only made after you have placed your order.

Can I request a specific fragrance?

How should I safely burn your candles?

For safe candle burning, trim the wick to 0,5 cm. Keep all objects, including matches and wick trimmers, out of the wax. Do not burn candle for more than 3-4 hour at the time. Allow to cool before each relighting. Discontinue burning a candle when 1 cm of unmelted wax remains. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Keep out of drafts. The use of candles is strictly at own risk. Failure to follow there instructions can result in personal injury and/or property damage.

What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

Our goal is to complete and ship custom candle orders within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your customization and order volume.

Can I return a candle if I'm not satisfied with it?
